Craig was born in the UK nearly 40 years ago and now lives most of the year in Florida. He became a US citizen in January 2006. Before moving to Florida Craig and his Father owned the largest group of Health Club's in the UK, 124 clubs. Each club operated its own Day Spa and many also had Hair Salons among other internal profit centers. In fact Craig's Father opened one of the first clubs in the UK in 1964.
In addition they developed, designed and opened over 3124 Spa & Toning beauty salons across Europe.
They owned a manufacturing and marketing company that produced every type of exercise equipment you can imagine, treadmills, cycles, rowing machines, stair-climbers, toning tables & 24 piece selectorized weight machines, multi-gums, dumbbells and benches - with distributors in 36 Countries. This company grew from 0 to 124 employees in less than 2 yrs and from $0 to over $15 million in the same period.
They introduced Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Fitness Testing, and Medical Screening clinics to the UK among many other visionary firsts.
Craig was responsible for developing marketing strategies, systems, techniques & tactics to drive bus loads of people through the doors of all these clubs and spas… and keep them coming in masses and getting them to buy lots of stuff when they were through the doors.
It makes Craig feel awkward telling you these facts and it is not meant to brag or boast but reinforce one simple fact. He knows what he is talking about when it comes to moving the profit needle, making a ton of money and making day spas, salons and clubs grow like crazy.
Bottom line: There is probably no one else around that knows how to build, grow and systematize the marketing of a Medical Spa, Day Spa, club or salon and make money, lots of it. Craig has been doing this for the past 23 years.
